I've been building web products for 9+ years, mostly on the frontend. My work goes beyond building interfaces. I have worked on design systems, refactored legacy codebases that had become difficult to work with, and collaborated closely with designers and backend engineers to improve performance and developer experience. What I enjoy most is building things that last and leaving both the codebase and the team better than when I found them.
I also love working on exciting projects that feel a little bit like magic when everything comes together. I enjoy building features that are thoughtful, customer-focused, and genuinely improve the user experience.
I'm into papercrafting, journaling, stationery, and small creative projects that I can completely lose myself in. I also like to cook. I keep telling myself I'll take pastry classes one day.
I sometimes travel and I love planning trips down to the tiniest details. My favorite places so far are Tokyo, Interlaken, and Melbourne.
I'm the type to stay in on a Friday night with a good book or binge TV shows. I enjoy long walks. Walking through snowfall is still one of the most surreal experiences for me.
